The villa, which dates back to the sixteenth century, offers a striking nineteenth-century atmosphere, a bit 'out of the world" and untouched. The great porch of the house opens directly onto the garden where you can enjoy the country air directly with its typical peace and tranquility.The house is located in the village of about 430 inhabitants and offers two small supermarkets. Just five kilometers away is the largest shopping center Le Robinie with a large supermarket Bennet, bars and shops of various kinds. The Villa is located in a very strategic spot for those who want to not only enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda and Lake Iseo, just half an hour away, but also visit some of the most beautiful Italian cities: Verona , Mantua, Cremona, Parma, Piacenza, Bergamo, Brescia. Milan is also easily reached in an hour by motorway and for those who enjoy a little trip, 170 km away is beautiful Padua and 200 km legendary Venice!In the house next to the Villa lives the caretaker, available in case of need. The entrance of the house and the central staircase are shared with the owner, rarely present on the spot, but for the rest the house dedicated exclusively to guests and totally independent. The house has a simple but modern alarm system.
