The borgo was built around the year 1600 for Cardinal Angelo Giori during the period of Pope Urban VIII Berberini.The holiday home is charmingly furnished and emits a rural atmosphere. The borgo is in a rural area among 60 hectares of the owner's property, with forests and fields and even a river to fish in. Grain, vegetables and sunflowers are cultivated on the fields. In the borgo there are also a few chickens, geese and rabbits. There are sometimes guests in the other holiday home in the borgo. Lovely excursions are the Monti Sibillini nature park, a day at the Adriatic coast and the coastal towns in Mubria and the Marche.
