Wonderful

Hotel Alpi The Hotel Alpi is situated in Baveno, right in the heart of the Borromeo Gulf by the shores of Lake Maggiore. The modern structure, completely renovated in 2004, is within walking distance from the town center, where visitors can take the ferry for the Borromeo Islands: Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola Pescatori; the railway station is at close distance as well.Opposite to the hotel is the park of Villa Fedora, from which the composer Umberto Giordano took inspiration for his lyric opera Fedora. The public beach, very busy during the bathing season, can be reached by crossing the park. The hotel, run directly by the Rabaioli family for about 40 years, offers a pleasant homely atmosphere combined to modern comfort, which represents the perfect solution for business stays or to spend a relaxing vacation by the lake shores.
